These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed with The Flower Atelier. Please read them carefully before placing an order — by completing checkout you agree to be bound by them.
1. Delivery & surprises
We always respect your desire to surprise your loved ones and will do our best to keep the delivery discreet. However, if the delivery address is incomplete, the recipient is unavailable, or the recipient refuses to cooperate, we may need to contact them directly to ensure timely delivery. No claims or refunds will be accepted in such cases.
2. Failed deliveries
You will be charged for the full order if:
- The address provided is incomplete or inaccurate.
- The recipient is not available at the time of delivery.
- The recipient refuses to accept the order.
Most of our products are perishable and cannot be returned. Refunds on perishable items will not be issued on the above grounds. Refunds may be issued for non-perishable items such as teddy bears, provided they are returned in original condition.
3. Chargebacks
We reserve the right to contact the recipient of your order and demand payment in case of a chargeback. The Flower Atelier maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud of any kind and reserves the right to pursue legal action against the responsible party.
4. Branded items
Branded items (chocolates, perfumes, soft toys, and similar) carry the warranty of their original manufacturer. Any defect or claim must be raised directly with the manufacturer. The Flower Atelier bears no responsibility for the service, maintenance, or warranty of branded items.
5. Prohibited activities
You may not use our website for any of the following:
- Criminal or tortious activity, including fraud, harassment, or copyright infringement.
- Advertising or solicitation to other users without our written approval.
- Systematic retrieval of data from the website to build a database or directory.
- Collecting usernames or email addresses for unsolicited communications.
- Framing or linking to our site without prior written consent.
- Sending chain letters or junk email through our platform.
- Using information obtained from our site to contact, advertise to, or solicit any user.
- Automated use of the system (scripts, bots, scrapers).
- Interfering with the website's networks or infrastructure.
- Impersonating another user or person.
- Using another user's account.
- Transferring or selling your profile.
- Harassing, abusing, or harming another person using information from our site.
- Competing with The Flower Atelier or providing services as a service office.
- Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering our software.
- Bypassing security measures designed to restrict access.
- Threatening or harassing our staff, florists, or delivery partners.
- Displaying commercial advertisements on our site.
- Removing copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Any other malicious activity on the website or applications.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to our services.
6. Pricing & payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Cards used to place orders must belong to the customer or the customer must have the cardholder's explicit legal permission to use them.
7. Order cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate pricing, stock, or product information. If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund where applicable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
